I had the opportunity to listen and talk to the TEDx speaker, our own Auto Anna Durai. He drives his technically equipped auto on Old Mahabalipuram Road. Auto Anna Durai is the most sought-after trainer & speaker by various MNCs across India for building authentic customer relations. What I liked most about his speech was his authenticity and passion for achieving customer satisfaction. His punchlines were remarkably powerful, shedding light on his philosophies. Let me share a few of them here :)
