1. Halloween Coasters



Materials:

  • Orange and black worsted weight yarn

  • 4mm crochet hook

  • Yarn needle

Pattern (Pumpkin Coaster):

  1. Magic Ring: With orange yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around. (12)

  4. Round 3: 1 SC in next stitch, 2 SC in next repeat around. (18)

  5. Round 4: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (24)

  6. Round 5: SC in each stitch around. (24)

  7. Round 6: 1 SC in next 3 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (30)

  8. Round 7-8: SC in each stitch around. (30)

  9. Round 9: Change to black yarn. 1 SC in next 3 stitches, SC2tog in next repeat around. (24)

  10. Round 10: SC in each stitch around. (24)

  11. Fasten off and weave in the ends.



2. Candy Corn Basket



Materials:

  • White, orange, and yellow worsted weight yarn

  • 4mm crochet hook

  • Yarn needle

Pattern:

  1. Magic Ring: With white yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around. (12)

  4. Round 3: 1 SC in next stitch, 2 SC in next repeat around. (18)

  5. Round 4: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (24)

  6. Round 5-6: SC in each stitch around. (24)

  7. Round 7: Change to orange yarn. 1 SC in next 3 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (30)

  8. Round 8-9: SC in each stitch around. (30)

  9. Round 10: Change to yellow yarn. 1 SC in next 4 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (36)

  10. Round 11: SC in each stitch around. (36)

  11. Fasten off.

Handles (Make 2):

  1. Chain 20.

  2. SC in each chain from the second chain from the hook.

  3. Attach handles to the sides of the basket with yarn needle.


3. Spider Pillow



Materials:

  • Black worsted weight yarn

  • 4mm crochet hook

  • Fiberfill stuffing

  • Yarn needle

Pattern (Spider Body):

  1. Magic Ring: With black yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around. (12)

  4. Round 3: 1 SC in next stitch, 2 SC in next repeat around. (18)

  5. Round 4: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (24)

  6. Round 5-8: SC in each stitch around. (24)

  7. Round 9: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, SC2tog in next repeat around. (18)

  8. Round 10: SC2tog all around. (9)

  9. Fasten off and stuff the pillow.

Legs (Make 8):

  1. Chain 15.

  2. SC in each chain starting from the second chain from the hook.

  3. Fasten off and sew each leg to the sides of the spider body.

Eyes (Make 2):

  1. Magic Ring: With white yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around. (12)

  4. Round 3: SC in each stitch around. (12)

  5. Fasten off and sew to the spider body.

Pupils (Make 2):

  1. Magic Ring: With black yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Fasten off and sew onto the white eyes.


4. Pumpkin Potholder



Materials:

  • Orange and green worsted weight yarn

  • 4mm crochet hook

  • Yarn needle

Pattern (Pumpkin Body):

  1. Magic Ring: With orange yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2: 2 SC in each stitch around. (12)

  4. Round 3: 1 SC in next stitch, 2 SC in next repeat around. (18)

  5. Round 4: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, 2 SC in next repeat around. (24)

  6. Round 5-10: SC in each stitch around. (24)

  7. Round 11: 1 SC in next 2 stitches, SC2tog in next repeat around. (18)

  8. Round 12: SC2tog all around. (9)

  9. Fasten off and stuff lightly.

Stem (Green yarn):

  1. Magic Ring: With green yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 6 SC into the magic ring. (6)

  3. Round 2-4: SC in each stitch around. (6)

  4. Fasten off and sew to the top of the pumpkin.

Hanger Loop:

  1. Chain 15.

  2. SC in each chain from the second chain from the hook.

  3. Attach the loop to the top of the pumpkin.


5. Bat Doily




Materials:

  • Black worsted weight yarn

  • 4mm crochet hook

  • Yarn needle

Pattern:

  1. Magic Ring: With black yarn, make a magic ring.

  2. Round 1: 8 SC into the magic ring. (8)

  3. Round 2: CH 6, SC in next stitch repeat around. (8 loops)

  4. Round 3: CH 8, SC in the next loop repeat around. (8 loops)

  5. Round 4: CH 10, SC in next loop repeat around. (8 loops)

  6. Round 5: CH 12, SC in next loop repeat around. (8 loops)

  7. Round 6: SC in each chain space and between the loops for a more finished look.

Bat Wings (Make 2):

  1. Chain 10.

  2. SC in each chain starting from the second chain from the hook.

  3. For wing shape: Work in rows. Increase and decrease stitches to form a wing shape.

  4. Fasten off and sew to the body of the doily.
